Shared and private

• Shared: everyone on the board sees the conversation and what the AI does.
• Private: only you see it, and anything it adds is private to you until you share it.

What to ask

• "Group these ideas into themes."
• "What are we missing?" or "What could go wrong?"
• "Why did we decide to launch in March?" answers with the moments it was discussed.
• Lessons from past projects shows what went wrong on earlier boards like this one.

Suggestions appear for you to accept or dismiss. The AI never sees anyone's private items.

If your administrator has not connected an AI model, a built-in planner still drafts boards and outcomes from what is on the board.
