Notifications and emails

What the bell shows and which emails you get, and how to change them.

The bell shows when someone assigns you something, mentions you or comments on your items, and when a check-in waits for you. Chat messages show there too: direct messages, mentions and replies to your threads. Choose one to open the conversation at that message.

• Daily digest: what changed in your workspaces and your action items coming due. Skipped on quiet days.
• Mention emails: right away when someone mentions you.
• Weekly email: on Mondays, how many action items you closed last week, what is due this week and what is overdue.

Turn each one on or off in Settings, under Notifications.
