Timeline and what if
Schedule work, link cards that wait for each other, and try new dates before you commit to them.

Schedule work
- Cards without dates wait under Not scheduled. Schedule gives a task a week from today and a milestone today.
- Drag a bar to move it. Drag its ends to change its length.
- With a bar selected, the arrow keys move it a day; Shift and an arrow changes its length.
- Group lanes by phase, by the card they sit under, or not at all, and zoom between days and weeks.
Cards that wait for others
Hover a bar and drag the dot after it onto another card: the second now waits for the first. With the keyboard, press L on the first card and Enter on the second. Click an arrow to remove the link.
What if?
- Press What if? above the timeline. Nothing you do now changes the board.
- Move a card. Every card that waits for it moves too, keeping its length.
- The panel shows how many cards move, deadlines that would break, who is affected, the new end date and the chance these land on time, before and after.
- Choose Apply to the board to make it real, or Discard.
The chance of landing on time comes from how reliably the owners kept their dates before. Only the combined figure is shown; no one's own record appears.
