The board

Cards, nesting, sticky notes, shapes, lines, drawing, files and private items on the canvas.

The board is a live canvas everyone in the session shares. Changes appear for everyone at once, and you see where others are looking.

Planning cards

Planning cards carry the plan: objectives, goals, tasks, milestones, decisions, ideas, questions, risks, dependencies, people, deadlines, resources, budget, documents, votes and notes. Each card can have an owner, a start and due date, a status, a priority, a phase and a description.

• Drag a card onto another to nest it, for example tasks under a goal.
• Double-click a card to rename it. Click it to open its details on the right.
• Status moves a card through open, in progress, blocked, done or rejected.

The toolbox

Shapes groups twelve shapes, including hexagons, stars, cylinders, clouds and speech bubbles. Lines and arrows offers straight arrows, two-way arrows, dashed and dotted lines and dot-to-dot connectors. Select a line to change its arrowheads in the style panel.

Add images, videos and files from the toolbox, or record a voice note. Paste a link to get a preview card.

Private items

Switch the board to Only me before you add something and it stays private: no one else sees it, and the shared AI never reads it. Share it later from its details.

Undo and history

Undo and redo sit in the top bar. History shows every change, and Replay rebuilds the board at any moment of the session.
