Calls

Meet with video on the board: join, share your screen, react, chat and run the call as a host.

Start or join

1. 1Press Call in the top bar. The lobby shows your camera and microphone so you can check them.
2. 2Press Start call. Everyone on the board gets a popup and a short ringtone; they press Join.
3. 3Video tiles float over the board; Focus on the call makes them large.

In the call

• Mute, camera, share your screen, raise your hand, react and chat from the controls at the bottom.
• Background blur keeps your room private.
• Choose your camera, microphone and speakers in settings.

Hosts

Whoever starts the call hosts it. Hosts can mute people, remove them, lock the call so newcomers wait to be let in, run it as a webinar where only hosts speak, and make others hosts.

Guests without an account

In the call's People panel, Copy a guest link. Guests open it, give their name and ask to join; a host lets them in. Guests see the board but cannot change it and can never become hosts. The link works for a week.

Captions, transcript and recording

• A host turns on AI listening for live captions, a transcript and voice commands such as "add that as a task". Everyone sees when it is on.
• Captions can be translated into your language.
• Hosts can record the call; recordings appear in the Meeting panel when processed.

The meeting coach

While AI listening is on, hosts get private nudges that no one else sees: when a topic comes back for the third time, when a decision has no owner, when one person has most of the speaking time, and when the agenda runs over. Dismiss a nudge, or quiet the coach for the rest of the call.
