Facilitation: agenda, votes, ideas and breakouts

Run a session with a shared agenda and timer, dot voting, anonymous ideas and breakout rooms.

• Agenda and timer: list the items with minutes each. Start the timer; everyone sees the countdown at the top of the board.
• Dot voting: give everyone a number of dots to place on cards, openly or hidden until you close the vote.
• Anonymous ideas: ask a question; people submit ideas without names, and you reveal them all as idea cards at once.
• Breakouts: split people into groups with their own boards for a while, then bring their work back into the main board.

Open Facilitate in the top bar. Editors run these tools; everyone who can see the board votes and adds ideas.
