Getting started
Create your account, find your first workspace and run your first planning session.
Round Table is a shared planning board with calls, an AI co-planner and follow-through built in. A team meets on a board, decides what matters, and leaves with owners, dates and a recap.
Try it without an account
On the homepage, describe what you want to plan, for example "launch our new website in six weeks", and press Build my board. You get a real board to look around, kept for a week. Choose Keep this board to sign up and move it into your own workspace.
Create your account
- Go to Sign in and enter your email address. We send you a sign-in link; there is no password to remember.
- Or continue with Google or Microsoft if your organization uses them.
- Your first visit sets up a personal organization with a workspace called My workspace and a short Welcome board.
Your first session
- Open My workspace and choose New session.
- Give it a title, pick a folder if you like, and choose how to start: a blank board, a template, or Build it from notes, a file or a photo.
- Add cards for goals, tasks, decisions and risks. Invite teammates from People so they can join you live.
- When you are done, open Outcomes, draft them from the board, check them, and finalize. Action items are now tracked and the recap can go out by email.
Everything you create can be private. Private cards are visible to you alone until you share them, and the AI never reads them for anyone else.
