Templates and the template gallery
Start from a ready-made board, or publish your own for others to use.

New session offers templates such as product launch, sprint planning, OKRs, retrospective, brainstorm and SWOT. The template gallery has many more, shared by other teams.
Use a gallery template
Open the template gallery from the homepage or New session, find one, and choose Use this template. It starts a board in a workspace you can edit.
Publish your own
- Open Share the board, then Publish as a template.
- Give it a name, a sentence about what it is for, and a category.
- A reviewer checks it. You get an email when it is in the gallery, or a note on what to change.
Only the cards and how they nest are published: never owners, dates, comments or private cards.
