Answers to common questions about calls, captions, sign-in and boards.

My camera or microphone does not work

Allow the browser to use them (the camera icon in the address bar), close other apps using the camera, then pick the right device in the call's settings.

Captions do not appear

A host has to turn on AI listening. In some browsers your own device writes your captions; Chrome and Edge work best.

I did not get the sign-in email

Check spam and promotions, and wait a minute. Each link works once and expires after 15 minutes.

I cannot change a board

You may be a viewer in that workspace, or the workspace is archived. Ask a workspace admin for editor access.

I cannot edit a page

Viewers read pages without a toolbar, and archived pages are read-only until someone restores them from the page menu. If the page says Offline, your changes are kept and sync when your connection is back.

A comment is no longer underlined

Comments stay with the text they were left on. If someone rewrote that text, the whole paragraph is marked instead; if the paragraph was deleted, the thread is still in Comments with the text it quoted.

A suggestion was not applied

The part of the document it would change was edited after it was suggested, so it no longer fits. Make the change by hand, or choose Check for updates to get a fresh suggestion.

I am asked to continue with SSO

Your organization signs in through its identity provider. Choose Continue with SSO and sign in with your work account. If it says your account is turned off, ask your organization's admins.

I cannot see a channel

Channels belong to workspaces: you see the public channels of the workspaces you are in. A private channel needs someone in it to add you. Archived channels are read-only.

My voice note did not record

Allow the microphone for Round Table (in the browser's address bar, or in your phone's settings), then try again. Very short recordings, under half a second, are dropped.

A page disappeared

It may have been archived, moved inside another page, or made private by the person who made it. Look under Archived in the workspace's sidebar section, or under its folder or the page it was moved into in the sidebar.
