Round Table on your phone

Follow boards, join calls, review outcomes and answer check-ins from the iOS and Android app.

• The plan as a list you can add to, with every card's details.
• Calls with video, captions, reactions and chat; hosts admit people from the waiting list.
• Timeline with dragging, links between cards and what if.
• Outcomes, action items and check-ins, notifications and the workspace briefing read aloud.
• Pages and documents: read, write and organize them, live with everyone else. The toolbar sits above the keyboard, and Turn into changes a line into a heading, list, to-do, quote or table.
• Living documents: on a session's Pages, choose Write from this session. Check action items off inside the document, and review suggestions from the sparkle button at the top.
• Comments, version history and the AI: select text for Comment and AI in the toolbar; Comments, Version history and Ask this page are in the page menu.
• Print, or share a page as a PDF, a Word file or Markdown, from the page menu. Page on the workspace screen also imports a Markdown file.
• Chat: the speech bubble on the home screen opens your channels and messages. Long press a message to react, reply in a thread, put it on a board, copy, edit or delete it. The sparkle is Catch me up, and the menu starts a session from the conversation.
• Voice notes and photos in chat: the microphone records, tap again to stop and attach.
