Privacy and security

Who can see what: private items, the AI, guests, share links and admins.

• Private items are visible to their owner alone, and are encrypted at rest.
• Private pages are visible to the person who made them alone, with the pages inside them. Deleting your account deletes them.
• The AI reads only what you may see, and never anyone's private items for someone else.
• Share links show the shared board read-only and stop working the moment they are turned off.
• Guests in calls see the call and the board, never presence, the AI or insights.
• Admins see team totals for follow-through, never one person's record.
• Boards, outcomes and transcripts are never shown to search engines.
